Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MOTOMAN. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order processing time

All orders from Monday to Friday are processed within 24 hours and shipped next day, while weekend orders can take 1-2 days to process and ship. Express shipping option will be processed and shipped same day as long as order is completed before 5PM. Orders past 5PM will be shipped next day. Special request for same day delivery past 5PM will be entertained on a case-by-case basis as long as courier bookings are available. Special request delivery is only available for Metro Manila orders. Customer must choose Metro Manila Express shipping option on checkout and indicate special request message on checkout notes.

Order processing delays may occur occasionally. Customer will be informed via contact details provided of any delays in shipping.
