PRE-ORDER SUBMISSION FORM

We are now only accepting PRE-ORDERS for the SHOEI GLAMSTER due to its high demand.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Pre-order applies towards items not available on hand but can be sourced direct from supplier.
2. Customer must submit pre-order request by filling up NAME, E-MAIL and PHONE NUMBER.
3. In the MESSAGE box, kindly provide the product description such us BRAND, MODEL, COLOR, SIZE and QUANTITY of the item you are pre-ordering.
4. A 20% COMMITMENT FEE will be required to process the order.
5. A pre-order sale is considered FINAL once pre-order is processed.
6. Pre-order sale is NOT subject to RETURNS or EXCHANGE.
7. Commitment fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but will be applied as down payment towards final sale.
8. Customer will be notified via contact information provided as soon as the item is available.
9. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform MOTOMAN of any changes in contact information.
10. Customer must settle the balance within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the notification date.
11. Commitment fee will be considered FORFEITED if balance is not settled within 14 days.
12. Items unclaimed after THIRTY (30) DAYS from date of settlement is also subject to forfeiture.
13. Customer will be sent a FINAL NOTICE OF FORFEITURE via SMS or E-MAIL if still no response after 2 notifications.
14. Forfeited orders will automatically be made available for SALE.
15. Payment details will be sent once PRE-ORDER FORM is received.
